Masons, electricians, carpenters, welders and the crews around them — supplied by licensed UAE labour-supply partners, coordinated by us, invoiced by the hour. Tell us the trade and the headcount and you will have rates and availability in writing, usually within one working day.
Workers are employed and sponsored by our licensed partners. We never charge a worker a fee.

How requirements usually come
Three shapes. All quoted in writing.
Rates move with the trade, the headcount, the shift pattern and the duration, so there is no price list here that would be right for you. Tell us the requirement and you get a figure you can put in a budget.

Subject to availability in the trade you need
Crews from a single worker upwards
Day, night and weekend shifts
Timesheets signed on site
Replacement cover if someone is unfit for the work
Quoted in writingrates and availability, no obligation

How it works
Four steps, and you are not chasing any of them.
01
Tell us the requirement
Trade, headcount, site, shift pattern and how long you need them. Two minutes on the form or one call.
02
Rates and availability in writing
Usually within one working day, from partners licensed for the trade you need. No obligation, and nothing owed for the quote.
03
Trade test and mobilisation
You interview or trade-test the shortlist if you want to. The partner completes the labour and visa formalities before anyone starts.
04
On site, with cover behind it
Timesheets signed on your site. If a worker is not right for the job, tell us and the partner replaces them.
Your requirement
Rates and availability, usually within a working day.
Two minutes now saves the three calls it usually takes to describe a crew. A consultant reads every requirement personally — you will not be handed to a chatbot.
Workers employed and sponsored by our licensed partners
Replacement cover if someone is not right for the job
Timesheets signed on your site, invoiced by the hour
No fee for the quote, and none ever charged to a worker
A licensed UAE labour-supply partner employs, sponsors and insures them. Go Freelance is operated by Trivup Documents Clearing Services, a licensed Dubai documents-clearing company: we scope your requirement, place it with the partner licensed for that trade, and stay the single point of contact. We do not employ or sponsor the workers ourselves, and we are not a government department.
Do the workers stay on your sponsorship or ours?
The partner’s. Their visa, labour card, medical insurance and end-of-service liability sit with the supplying company, so the crew does not touch your headcount, your quota or your payroll. You are invoiced for hours worked.
How quickly can workers start?
It depends entirely on the trade and whether the partner has cleared workers available. Common trades can often mobilise within a few days; a specialised trade, or anyone needing a new visa, takes longer. We tell you the honest date before you commit, and we do not promise same-day crews.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on the trade, the headcount, the shift pattern and the duration, so every requirement is quoted individually in writing. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation to proceed.
What if a worker is not right for the job?
Tell us and the partner replaces them. That is the point of supplied labour rather than direct hire: the risk of a bad fit stays with the supplier, not with your project.
Do you charge workers to find them jobs?
Never. Charging a worker a recruitment fee is illegal in the UAE and we do not do it, directly or through anyone else. Our fee is commercial, agreed with you, and paid by you.
Who you are dealing with. Go Freelance is a trading name of Trivup Documents Clearing Services, a licensed Dubai documents-clearing company. We are not a government department, and we are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any UAE government authority.
Who employs the workers. Manpower is supplied by UAE labour-supply companies licensed for that activity. Those partners employ, sponsor and insure the workers; we scope the requirement, place it with the right partner, and manage it for you. We do not hold a labour-supply licence ourselves and do not present ourselves as the employer.
Fees. Rates are quoted in writing before any commitment, and our fee is charged to the client. We never charge a worker a fee for placement, which is both our policy and UAE law.
This page is for companies hiring. If you are looking for work yourself, we are not the right people — apply directly to the employers and licensed agencies advertising vacancies, and never pay anyone a fee for a job in the UAE.
